According to University Grants Commission UG.C. , Bachelor of Vocational Education in Agriculture (B.Voc.Agriculture) is an equivalent degree course to other bachelor degree courses like B.Sc, B.A etc
This initiative also enables those who have dropped out of the formal education system to pursue education in the vocational streams. It helps with self-employment as well.
Graduates can work in research, education, and other fields by pursuing postgraduate degrees in horticulture and agronomy following graduation.
